Returns Policy
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, we follow strict return guidelines:
- Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- The product was damaged during transit
- The product is expired (must report within 24 hours of delivery)
- Products Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened or used medicines
- Temperature-sensitive items (like insulin, vaccines, etc.)
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Products without original packaging or invoice
Return Request Timeline:
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. We will contact you for your account details.
In case of cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
